Kindergarten displays their creativity

Last term, Kindergarten held their annual art exhibition in the MPC Gallery. Kindergarten families and friends were treated to a variety of visual works.

Kindergarten children are eager explorers, with an intense desire and will to make sense of their world. They like to do this in a hands-on and concrete way. Some of the most effective means they have for explaining things for themselves are drawing, painting, constructing and clay work. While using these to create images, they explore feelings and ideas, and through their images they communicate thoughts to others as well as themselves.

It was wonderful to see the fruit of this creativity at the Kindergarten Art Exhibition.
