Getting a GRIP on leadership

Last Friday 19 May, our primary prefects, house captains and vice house captains travelled to Wollongong University for a leadership conference called GRIP (Generosity, Responsibility, Integrity, People).

The GRIP conference is specially designed to help primary students in Years 5 and 6 become better leaders at their schools.

Our twelve participants enjoyed a great day of engaging, fun activities learning about important principles of leadership. On behalf of Cody W, Sarah K, Lili M, Rohan B, Tane M, Micah E, Lilly D, Jenna G, Ollie E, Hannah S, Azriel and Julia M, thanks to NCS for sending the student leaders to this conference. Huge thanks, too, for Mrs Tabitha Gallanty who helped with transporting our dedicated dozen.
