Secondary Learning Support Coordinator
A full-time position leading the implementation of learning support in our Secondary School.
Working collaboratively with executive staff, oversee the implementation of targeted intervention strategies and programs, as well as clasroom support and other support for students with high learning needs.
Provide active oversight of IEP development, NCCD processes, disability adjustments and liaison with external providers.
Part-time hours may be negotiated for the right candidate.

Selection Criteria
A committed Christian actively involved in their local Protestant church and a solid understanding of teaching from a Christian worldview
An understanding of effective practices in learning support, including intervention programs, classroom-based support and targeted support strategies.
Qualifications in Education and additional training or expertise in Special Education, Learning Support, or a related field would be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of inclusive education, differentiation, NCCD processes, and best practice intervention strategies.
Demonstrated experience supporting students with diverse learning needs within a school setting.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and administration skills.
Ability to build capacity in teachers and work in partnership with parents and external providers.
A heart for each child’s unique journey and a desire to see all students grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually.
