A. Click the 'Family Profile Update' on the Annual Update and Commitment Homepage or the 'Update Family Profile' on the Parent Portal.

Go to the 'Contacts for My Children' link and 'Add New'. Complete their details and you can choose to tick either pick-up authorisation or emergency contact or both of them if you are happy for that person to do both.
