Stage 2 Basketball Gala Day

Eighteen students from Years 3 and 4 recently enjoyed the opportunity to visit the brand new Indoor Sports Complex in Bomaderry for a Basketball Gala Day.

We entered two teams of boys and a girls team in a fun-filled day of basketball with local schools.

Despite being out-matched in the majority of games, these wonderful students maintained a positive spirit and displayed pleasing sportsmanship throughout the day. They kept trying until the final buzzer and did manage to finish with one win and a draw. Congratulations to Caleb McLennan, who was our highest point scorer!

It was an exciting day to play and enjoy watching games of basketball in the comfort of a brand new venue. Thank you and congratulations to all involved.
