Stage 2 AFL Gala Day

The Stage 2 AFL Gala Day took place on Monday, 9 April at Nowra Showground. The forecast was for a very hot day. Fortunately, the day turned out to be perfect with some welcome cloud cover and some strong breezes to keep everyone cool. We also appreciated the gazebos and iced water set up for us by Mr Hefferan.

The day is always well organised by the AFL team and after a few last minute adjustments to the program, students were soon playing their 20 minute modified games of AFL footy. Each team played three games and from all reports, our NCS teams did very well and enjoyed their day.

Mr Bray dropped in to show his support and have his photo taken with a few of the stars.
