Primary Cross Country 2017

On Thursday 18 May, we held our primary cross country carnival here at school. (View full image gallery)

It was a beautiful sunny morning with lots of parents, family and friends in attendance. Our students competed with great spirit and were cheered on by a supportive crowd.

The top four competitors in Years 3-6 from each age group were invited to attend the State Cross Country Carnival on Friday of Week 6. This was held at the International Equestrian Center at Horsely Park in Western Sydney.

Well done to all students who made it to State! These students competed against 180 or so of the best runners from Christian Schools all over NSW.

Some particularly notable results included Caitlin Scahefer who came 18th in her age group, Noah Tasker who came 13th and Emily McLaren who came 12th. These students narrowly missed out on progressing to the next level of competition! Well done Caitlin, Noah and Emily!
