Access to buildings
Introduction
This policy is to assist the school in meeting its responsibilities in light of the Disability Discrimination Act (Commonwealth) 1992.
Policy
The School is generally a single level school with ramps outside and small ramps that allow wheelchair access to rooms where necessary.

The MPC stage has a wheelchair lift.

The Library Loft is used only by senior students for small groups, and the MPC has an area designed for similar use should access to the loft be a concern.

The school has 2 full Computer Labs, and if access to the Library Computer Lab is a concern, classes are to be transferred to the Room 11 Lab.

Should a student or member of the public need access to any part of the school where access is difficult, the school will explore the implementation of appropriate remedial measures.
